By default, all document viewer functions are enabled for new accounts.

Account administrators can, due to security or compliance reasons, disable the following features in the document viewer:

  • Delete a document
  • Print a document
  • Download a document

    In order to enable / disable these features, login to your ShieldQ portal as the account administrator and:

  • Go to "Account Settings"
  • Go to "PCI-DSS & Security Control"
  • Check or uncheck the features that you would like to enable or disable.
  • Click on Update.
